Brief Answer:
You may have a failing heart.
Detailed Answer:
Hi and thank you so much for this query.
I am so sorry to hear of this leg swelling and the concussion that you have reported.
From the symptoms you have reported and the medications prescribed by your doctor, I have reasons to suspect that your heart is not functioning at its best. This may explain why fluid has accumulated in the heart and has caused it to be dilated as well as having swelling of the legs. These are all signs of of a failing heart. Your new medications are tailored at increasing your urine output in order to reduce the excess fluid that the heart is unable to pump around the body. This will help relief the swelling and signs of excess body fluids.
I hope this helps and sheds more light on the possible reasons why you are taking these new medications. I wish you well. Feel free to ask for more information and clarifications if need be.
