Brief Answer:
Lethargy could be sign of serious infection needing urgent medical attentio

Detailed Answer:
Thanks for asking on HealthcareMagic.

Lethargy could be a sign of serious infection that needs urgent medical attention. I would strongly insist you to get his blood tested for routine counts and CRP (C-Reactive protein level) and to visit a pediatrician with the reports as soon as possible. A urine routine microscopy and culture might also be required. Meanwhile give paracetamol and tepid sponging to bring down the temperature.

Hope that helps.

Regards
