What Causes Light Headedness, Nausea And Dull Pain In Side?
The cause needs to be determined.More details needed to identify cause.
Detailed Answer:
Thanks for asking on HealthcareMagic.
I have carefully considered the details provided by you. It is not clear whether the pain that you mention, is in the upper right side of the chest or abdomen. I understand that it affects your back as well. But I would need specification on the location before I can comment further. I would also need to know how long it has been there and whether any other associated symptoms have been present alongside the ones mentioned. I would also need to know whether your bowel habits are regular and whether you suffer from hyperacidity.
If it affects the right upper abdomen, it is more likey to be due to some gall bladder pathology like gall bladder stone which could also be related to feeling nauseous as well as the stool changes. In that case, a clinical examination and may be an ultrasonography of upper abdomen would be essential to confirm the diagnosis. Treatment would depend upon the cause which needs to be determined first.
If it affects the right upper chest, I would need to know if you have any respiratory symptoms.
Please get back to me with the requested details and I would be happy to help you. I eagerly await your response.

Many causes can be treated with some simple medicines. Relax.
Detailed Answer:
Thanks for writing back.
So, as I had presumed, it is upper abdominal pain radiating backwards. The possibilities to consider are:
1. Gall bladder stone
2. Pancreatitis
3. Constipation and stool impaction
I do not find one or two hard bowel passing episodes to be normal. You have to take a high fibre diet rich in green leafy vegetables. You may also take fibre supplements like Isabgol regularly at bedtime and see if you get some relief.
I would request you not to panic. Your doctor would definitely cooperate with you and would not hurt you. He will definitely discuss his findings as well as what they could mean. He would also discuss the options for treatment. Most of the conditions do not need surgery and can be managed with medicines alone. Chances are that you might do fine with some simple medicines, depending upon what exactly is causing the pain. Had I been able to examine you, I would perhaps been able to comment better. As mentioned earlier, some investigations should also be required to confirm the diagnosis.
Stay relaxed and visit your doctor and things would soon be fine.
