Brief Answer:
NEEDS WORKUP
Detailed Answer:
Please take a pregnancy test if you have been sexually active.
If negative, you need to consult a gynecologist.
Please get the following done - an internal evaluation, Pap smear, Hormonal levels ( FSH, LH, TSH, Prolactin ) and a pelvic ultrasound scan.
Conditions such as stress, anxiety, emotional turbulence, weight fluctuations, unaccustomed exercise, travelling, late nights, erratic eating habits - all can sometimes cause spotting.
You need the workup detailed above to find out other possible causes - a polyp in the uterus or cervix, cysts, fibroids, or a cervical lesion.
Take care.

a week or so ago I took one at urgent care she told me I wasnt. if I was pregnant I wouldn't be bleeding right
Brief Answer:
CLARIFIED.
Detailed Answer:
See if it was a normal pregnancy you would not be bleeding.
A miscarriage or an ectopic pregnancy is what needs to be ruled out, and those things are often not picked up by a urine pregnancy test.
Hence the need for the rest of the workup.
