I see that you've had issues with pain on your right side for some time, and that you had a laparoscopy in the past.... Did you get a diagnosis? Also you mentioned that you thought you were pregnant but did you do a pregnancy test or the result. Also if you could provide the date of your last period would be helpful as well.
Without any clearer information, I would recommend going to the emergency room at the least to do a pregnancy test and an ultrasound. It is reassuring that you are not pregnant, that means your symptoms are less likely due to something dangerous, but upon reviewing your history it seems like you has the same symptoms about 6 weeks ago- you never had a medical evaluation at that time? And what laparoscopy are you referring to in your questions from September?
You may be having mid cycle bleeding, which can happen sometimes when women ovulate, and ovulation can cause pelvic pain.
At the very least, with your having chest and abdominal pain you really need an ultrasound of your pelvis and a CT scan of your chest. If you have a medical doctor I strongly recommend you see them promptly or if you do not have a doctor you can get these tests on an emergency basis, however finding your own doctor to do the evaluation will help finally to give you a diagnosis and then a possible chance at proper treatment.
But again, if you could let me know when and why you had a laparoscopy, it may help me give you a more accurate recommendation.
If you would like please let me know if you had any findings at your laparoscopy. No matter what, you need to see a doctor for evaluation, but it may not be necessary to go to the ER.
