Detailed Answer:
Dear xxxxx,
Thanks for using Healthcaremagic.

I read your query and understand your concerns.

Loss of sexual interest in women can occur due to multiple factors including hormonal imbalance.

First of all as per the available data she suffers with chronic low back ache which could be the reason for low sexual desire. In addition there is good possibility that she have some or other features of depression as depressive symptoms are present in 80% of individuals with chronic pain conditions such as low back ache.

In addition to above two possibilities we need to rule out hormonal imbalance as cause of problem. To diagnose hormonal conditions I request you to get following tests done from nearby laboratory.
1. Serum testosterone
2. Serum prolactin
3. serum LH
4. Serum FSH

Once these tests are done report back to me with details for further guidance.

I hope this helps you.
Feel free to write back to me if you have more questions.
Thanks and regards.
