Wait for a while.
Detailed Answer:
My dear,
Thanks for several your query to us
This usually doesn't happen.Howsoever large the bubble is and what ever other damage may be to the retina, your light perception and projection,as we call the presence of light and correctly ascertaining the side from which it is shining has to be intact to give us any hope of future recovery of vision.
Can you get a second openion ?After 4+days of steroid things should start showing improvement. This has to be a nerve injury. The silver lining is that there is always a chance of good recovery. The amount of final recovery is related to shorter time span of commencement of recovery. For any visual recovery step one is perception of light.Earlier it starts better it is.
Treatment wise steroid is what can be offered.Any further query in this regard please do get back to me .
