Brief Answer:
Hello. You require further evaluation
Detailed Answer:
Hello dear. I have reviewed your reports.
First of all, no need to worry. Your WBC levels are slightly above normal and not very high. We take it as normal.
However, platelet counts are low. Causes can be several like viral infections, immune related causes.
You may require further testing (for HIV and HCV infection). If these tests are normal, then immune mediated causes like ITP has to be looked for. Once diagnosed, all these conditions can be easily treated.
But the first suggestions will be to get yourself tested further for viral infections to find out the cause.
Feel free to ask further.
Thanks and regards

Brief Answer:
Hello. No need to worry
Detailed Answer:
Hello dear. Very rarely , low vitamin b12 levels are associated with low platelet counts . But since you have normal hemoglobin, this cant be cause. You should get test for hepatitis c virus, hiv virus, anti nuclear antibody test for sle. You can discuss these with your doctor. Each of the condition is treatable and there is no need to worry. Homocysteine and vitamin d are not required
Thanks and regards

Brief Answer:
Hello. Please donot get worried
Detailed Answer:
Hello dear. I think you are too much worried which is not t all required. Your wbc counts are just mildly elevated and do not require any intervention. There is no food supplement which will elevate platelets counts. Just follow advice of your doctor and repeat blood counts after 2 weeks. You can get viral tests done from any lab outside.
Thanks and regards
