Neurologist 's  Response
Hi,

You will benefit for a formal Neuropsychological consultation which could also be preceded by a visit to a behavioral neurologist in order to see if you may be exhibiting signs and symptoms of cognitive dysfunction secondary to your history of HCV or any of its treatments (if you've received such).

There may be other rather simple metabolic abnormalities that should be checked as well as serum Vit. B12, D, B1, and a good thyroid profile.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Dariush Saghafi,
Neurologist
