Detailed Answer:
Hello Sir

After going through the details provided by you I would like to tell you that you need to reduce the consumption of alcohol as in some individuals it causes vasodilation there by causing a fall in blood pressure.

Also alcohol causes deleterious effect on various organs so you need to take few tests to make sure things are ok.
1. Echocardiography
2. Complete Blood Count
3. Thyroid profile
4. Liver function test
5. Kidney function test
6. HbA1c

It's advisable that you should personally also consult with your doctor for proper examination and evaluation.

Hope to have been helpful.

Kind regards
