
What Causes Low Heart Rate Along With Light Headedness?

Question: My normal heart rate has suddenly dropped from what it is normally. My resting heart rate is normally 72 and my heart rate in the day time is around 80-95 bpm. Early this morning I starting getting very light headed and dizzy and my heart rate has gone as low as 56 and a high of 70 when walking and I feel very dizzy, almost drunk feeling.
