Brief Answer:
You need proper evaluation.

Detailed Answer:
HI

Greetings from Dr.Divakara.P
Thanks for posting your query.

There will always be a diagnosis for the problem . It's just that your doctors have not evaluated completely.

Evaluation of low protein is simpler than evaluation of anemia which itself is simpler than that of low Potassium.

First we shall evaluate for low protein and anemia.

Low Protein is mainly due to

1. Decreased Nutritional Intake.
2. Reduced synthesis of protein in liver
3. Loss of protein in urine or stool.

Assuming that there is no reduced nutritional intake , we shall go to 2 and 3 . For this you need to see the functioning of liver which is evaluated by test called Liver function test. Kindly get this test ( or upload the report if already done ).

For evaluation of protein loss in urine you need to get a test called 24 hour urinary protein and for evaluation of protein loss in stool you need to get a test called Stool for stool alpha1-antitrypsin. Kindly get this test ( or upload the report if already done )

The evaluation for anemia is very extensive . Before advising anything I need to go through the Complete Hemogram test ( it would have been done ). So kindly upload the report.

Kindly revert back with the reports asked.
