Brief Answer:
Can be protozoal infections.

Detailed Answer:
Hi

Thank you for asking HCM.

I have gone through your query. Your problem can be due to protozoal infection like giardia.
Do you ate from out side recently especially non veg food?

Taking fluids and electrolyes will be helpful. You can take ORS. Taking probiotics also will be helpful. You can take rice with curd , yogurts or bananas. Tender coconut water or black tea is also good.

If there is no improvement then you should go for stool routine to rule out any infective cause.
In such case antibiotics will be helpful.

Hope this may help you. Let me know if anything not clear.
Thanks.
