Brief Answer:
It could be Dysentery.

Detailed Answer:
Hi
As per your description, it looks like Dysentery. It could be due to Bacterial /Parasitic infection of the food/water.
You need Antibiotics.
I prescribe Antibiotic Levofloxacin 250mg twice daily after food,Tablet Metronidazole 400mg twice daily,Pre and Probiotic capsule twice daily after food for 5 days.Simple anti diarrheal medication will not be sufficient.
You take ORAL REHYDRATION SOLUTION regularly.
Avoid dairy products.
As you need Antibiotics, please consult your doctor and get appropriate prescription.
Nothing to worry.
Wish you speedy recovery.
