Brief Answer:
fatty tissue and adhesions

Detailed Answer:
Hello, Pain in the lower abdomen is common after any abdominal surgery. This may occur due to adhesions and adipose tissue in the lower abdomen. The imcision site is already weak so any pressure can cause pain. Use a abdominal binder for support and wear it daily. Avoid any pressure on the lower abdomen. Possibility of hernia should be ruled out.
