Brief Answer:
Try rabeprazole

Detailed Answer:
Hi
I am Dr Mittal. I have read your query. I think I would be able to help you.

The symptoms of the query are quite suggestive of incompletely treated or incompletely developed Gastro infection.

I would suggest that you have a course of the antibiotics that your local physician may be able to prescribe. In your case penicillin will not help you much

This on addition to the proton pump inhibitors like rabeprazole 20 twice daily should be able to help you. Mostly it will available over the counter

Usually I suggest ciprofloxacin and metronidazole to my patients for the antibiotics cover. However, in many places these are available on prescription only.

I have tried to make it as simple as possible. I hope that the information helps you. Please feel free to contact us for more information.
Best of luck
Dr Mittal.
