What Causes Lower Abdominal Pain, Nausea, Constipation And Vomiting?

Question: I am having cramping below the belly button and some nausea I am also very constipated I had a colonoscopy one year ago and it came out greatI haven't vomited

I have been to my doctor twice and he's at first thought it was gastritis brought on by alcohol use now he thinks it's I don't have enough fiber but I don't understand what's going on with me

You are reporting to have constipation and lower abdominal pain.
These symptoms may be related with :
- constipation
- urinary infection
At your situation I would suggest to do urinary analysis and abdominal ultrasound.
Meantime I suggest to avoid constipation :
- use plenty of water
- use olive oil
- use Duphalac or any other stool softener if needed
- increase physical activity
- use foods reached in fibers
