What Causes Lower Abdominal Pain While Urinating?

Could be an UTI with/without a PID
Detailed Answer:
Hi ! Good morning. I am Dr Shareef answering your query.
From your history, it seems that you have got a urinary tract infection with/without a urinary calculus. If I were your doctor, I would advise you for a urine routine/microscopic/culture and sensitivity test, an ultrasound abdomen and would start the relevant medicines based on the reports of these investigations. Till the report came, I would advise you with some anti spasmodic medication along with plenty of oral liquids.
In case you are sexually active, PID (pelvic inflammatory disease) would be a suspicion, but you did not give any history of any vaginal discharge or the like. Even then if the problem persists in spite of the treatment as stated above, I would not shirk myself from referring you to a gynaecologist for an opinion to rule out PID.
I hope this information would help you in discussing with your family physician/treating doctor in further management of your problem. Please do not hesitate to ask in case of any further doubts.
Thanks for choosing health care magic to clear doubts on your health problems. I wish you an early recovery. Dr Shareef.
