Brief Answer:
could be

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
I am sorry that you are having these problems. Red bull contains a lot of caffeine. Caffeine, especially in people that are not used to consuming it in large doses can cause many symptoms. It can causes abdominal cramping if taken on an empty stomach. it can cause problem sleeping but this should not be long term, usually just on the day you consumed it. It can also cause you to urinate a lot. It is important to make sure you are drinking plenty of water to make sure that you do not get dehydrated.
I do not know that the back pain is caused by the red bull. I suggest that you take a multivitamin daily, take some extra vitamin C for a few days and get plenty of rest. Drink at least 2 liters of water daily and Eat 3 healthy meals with lots of fresh fruits and vegetables.
See a doctor if you are not getting better in a few days or if you become worse at any point
Regards,
Dr. Robinson

I am definitely peeing a lot more. I have that sensation down there to pee a lot and lower back pain. The thing is that im now peeing almost a clear color. Im worried I have a UTI? How long are these cramps/symptoms supposed to last?

Brief Answer:
need to see doctor

Detailed Answer:
You need to see a doctor and get a urine sample examined. If you have a UTI and do not get treated it will only get worse. If the cramps were coming from the red bull, symptoms should now be gone. Please see a doctor as soon as possible
