What Causes Lower Back Pain And Left Eye Twitching?

Question: Hello,
I am 49 tears old and very active. I have had lower back / hip and hamstring pain for about two months. It got somewhat better with PT. Now for the past week my right foot is numb( no pain) and probably unrelated my left eye has been twitching. Any thoughts? Suppose to do a Mud Run soon. Thanks XXXXXX

Initially, your lower back pain and eye pathology are not related.
For the diagnosis and treatment of eye pathology you should go to an Ophthalmologist as soon as possible.
About back pain, If you have numb right foot you must go as soon as possible to a Neurosurgeon for examination and probably realization of an lower back MRI to rule out herniated disc or similar pathology.
