I cannot straighten my back out bc of extreame pain and cannot lean to the left or right wothout severe pain. I have not have any recent injuries or dont anything ti hurt my back because it came on sudden this morning. I do have cronic lower back pain that radiates into both legs, i have not seen a physican for that problem. It seems as though the back pain in grow in intensity and at a somewhat rapid pace.

Brief Answer: specify your complain Detailed Answer: Hi there , I have read your query. You have mentioned your complain. But you have not asked any specific query. You have to describe the nature of pain. Though you have described the grade of pain that alone is not sufficient. Please also mention that had any fever accompanying the pain to rule out any infectious cause. Also mention since how long have you been having this pain. Do yoy have ther following symptoms also. 1. Does the pain increase with coughing ? 2. Are bower and bladder movements normal? 3. Is there excessive weakness in the leg.? 4. Did you exercise in excess? There are several causes for the pain 1. Sciatica 2. Vertebral disc compression 3. Degeneration of the vertebral disc 4. Spinal cord herniation 5. Increase in the spaces among vertebral disc All this can only be ruled out only if you refer to the specialist orthopadician. There are certain investigations that are required that involve computer tomography, Magnetic resonance imaging and physical examination. And my dear you need not ignore it rather take it seriously and without wasting any time go to your doctor After evaluation only can we decide the specific line of treatment. In the mean time under medical supervision take an analgesic with acelofenac. I hope you are satisfied. I am there to answer any further query.
