Question: I have lower back pain which I can feel when swallowing especially when lyin down.

I understand your concern.Low back pains could be due to many reasons but looking at your age ,I could think of osteoarthirtis or Spinal stenosis.
I would ask you to see a physician and go for an MRI spine to look for any pathology.Try to do light exercise with ice compression on the sore area until you see a physician.
