What Causes Lower Left Back Pain While Lying Down Or Sitting?

Question: its not my back acking its something inside my lower leftside of my body that aches its some kind of organ that aches every morning after i lay down long, or sit for a long time?

Thanks for query .

A pain that comes in lying down position or sitting for a long time can be mostly due to spasm of para-spinal muscles .However possibility of stone in the Kidney has to be ruled out by doing ultrasound Scanning of Abdomen and pelvis ..

Consult qualified Orthopedic Surgeon for clinical assessment and get basic tests like MRI of spine done to help to establish diagnosis .

In the man while you can take pain killers with muscle relaxants like Tramadol twice daily .
