Brief Answer:
Most likely a parotid salivary gland swelling or a lymph node.
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thank you for your query.
1. It would help if you can upload a close up image.
2. The location of such a swelling would make it either a parotid salivary gland swelling, a lymph node or a skin infection.
3. You will require a direct examination of the cheek, oral cavity, nose, sinuses and teeth. Does it increase in size after eating?
4. An ultrasound (USG/ sonography) and an FNAC (Fine Needle Aspiration Cytology) will settle the diagnosis if it persists or grows after initial medical treatment.
I hope that I have answered your query. If you have any more questions I will be available to answer them.
Regards.
