What Causes Lump On Kneecap After A Fall?

You should take him to an ER
Detailed Answer:
Hello and Welcome
I appreciate your concern
Yes, you should take him to an E.R where the knee should be examined for any marked swelling, deformity and tenderness. If indicated imaging investigations i.e x rays, MRI can be advised. If no significant damage is suspected then NSAIDs and muscle relaxants can be advised. If there is any open wound associated with the injury antiseptic application, tetanus prophylaxis and antibiotics can also be advised.
Wishing you best of health
Thanks
