Brief Answer:
It is band due to adhesion

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Welcome to Healthcare-Magic
Greetings of the day

There is nothing to worry about. It is band running from glans to frenulum which usually occurs due to adhesions, likely to be due to smegma(normal secretion ).

Local application of Betamethasone ointment twice a day for a week will help relieve the adhesion.

Take Care
