Brief Answer:
pressure bandage. NSAID+serratiopeptidase

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

After fall, Swelling with out fracture suggests soft tissue injury. If any restriction of movement the you may require scanning to check for any ligament tear. No restriction of movement but only swelling may be due to bleeding that has happened due to fall.

For swelling due to internal bleeding, application of pressure bandage, restriction of movement and warm compression once a day will help. Along with this NSAID like Ibuprofen or aceclofenac with serratiopeptidase will help in reducing the inflammatory signs and symptoms. Usually the swelling due to internal bleeding takes longer time to disappear.

I hope this information helps you and answered your concern. Feel free to ask for any further queries. I will be glad to answer them.

Wish you good health and faster recovery.
Regards
