What Causes Lump With Awful Smell Inside Vagina?

Question: Hi I've been haveing a smell in my vaginal area I thought was from sweating ice told my doctor and wash a lot and have to change my pants a couple of times a day I've now noticed a discarge and smells like something has died I checked inside my vagina and there is a big lump and the smell is awfull

If you have noticed a lump inside vagina and its smelling of dead tissue then there is a chance that there is a cervical growth and its fun gating or eroding/ or there is a vaginal growth. It needs n urgent per speculum examination to ascertain the organ of growth either cervix or vagina, and a punch biopsy would be required to be taken for histopathological examination to rule out any cancerous origin of cells. I don't wish to scare you in any manner but in case there is a cancer, an early detection and treatment would be beneficial rather than denying it.
So please get a thorough gynaecological check up done, infact insist on it.

Thank you for your reply I was thinking that it may be cancer my sister passed away from cancer of the intestines and asoficus after having the all. Clear of breat cancer after five years also I have a lymphoma on a bone ubove my bottom cheek. It's exstreamly painful and causes me to shake and effects my mobility I suffer with m.e and fybanyalgia my doc says he won't refer me to have removed and I'm in so much pain because of the place it is there are others above it but there ok just that one any suggestions please thank you

Hello,
Are we talking about lymphoma here or a lipoma. At butt cheek region if a lump is present then it is likely to be a lipoma as there are no lymph nodes on butt region. This may be directly over the ischial spine and can be removed safely if required. But if you say lymphoma then i would like to know which type is it? non hodgkins or hodgkins lymphoma.?
Anyhow cervical pathology should take precedence as of now.

Hi thank you for ur answer I'm not sir if lympho or lipoma anyway there lumps and very painful when I've been in hospital they have rotten to my gp t recommend I'm sent to a specialist and also I have prob with 3 discs they don't hurt as much as the one lump it's hard to exsplain the position if u go to the bone to the right of the bottom spine directly before the buttocks the physio has told my go aswell and he still says no I'm stuck and in so much pain I ended up takin a overdose as couldn't stand it but he still says no referal

I understand your concern here,
if possible would like to see any X-ray/ ultrasound reports / MRI which you may have got done at the clinic. This shall give me a better over view of the lump. I though feel that if its causing you such amount of pain and difficulty in daily activities , then it should be ideally removed surgically .
