                                            slow leaking blood vessel hematoma???
Detailed Answer:
Hi and thank you so much for this query.
I am so sorry to hear about these lumps that you have reported. I am of the opinion that this lumps would probably represent slow leaking blood vessels that have progressively led to accumulated blood. Given the size that you have reported and the tension it is exerting on the skin alongside the history of lumpectomy and radiation therapy in the past, I will suggest that you get these lumps examined.
This will give a clear idea as to what the cause is and what is need in the immediate to relief you of any discomfort. If the collection is blood, then you may need aspiration or evacuation for relief. Should it be caused by some other conditions, it would be addressed accordingly.
Could these lumps be related to cancer? Very unlikely. The acute onset associated with the use of a foam roller makes it to be related more to a traumatic effect rather than a chronic ongoing cancer related event.
In all, get it evaluated for adequate diagnosis and management. Because the collections are likely due to blood accumulation, a compressing bandage on this arm would be very helpful. This is very unlikely to be related to cancer.
I hope this helps. I wish you well. Thank you so much for using our services and do feel free to ask for more information and clarifications if need be.

Detailed Answer:
Hi and thanks for this follow up.
My prime suspicion is that these lumps are hematomas. It could be something else but for now considering all the information and sequence of events you presented to me, that's my reasoning.
Why the change in size overnight is not exactly clear to me. The first thing would be to confirm this suspicion before trying to explain what the possible mechanism is. A leaking vessel would leak more in the day than at night. But I will not want to get there just now because the prime diagnosis has not been confirmed.
Please, get these lumps evaluated by your doctor. The definitive call would be made then and explanations, management and a plan would be proposed and followed through.
I hope this helps. I wish you well.
