What Causes Lumps On Right Arm?

Question : I have lumps that are coming and going on my right arm since yesterday . I was using a foam roller at the gym rolling out my bicep and when done looked at inside of lower arm and a lump had formed. I did not hurt and went away 5 minutes later. Then came back two hours later. Then I noticed I had a couple bigger ones on my upper inner arm. (I should let you know 2 years ago I had a lumpectomy and sentinel node biopsy followed by 7 weeks of radiation.) When I woke up this morning the lumps were barely visible and tonight they are the biggest they have been pulling my skin taut.

I am so sorry to hear about these lumps that you have reported. I am of the opinion that this lumps would probably represent slow leaking blood vessels that have progressively led to accumulated blood. Given the size that you have reported and the tension it is exerting on the skin alongside the history of lumpectomy and radiation therapy in the past, I will suggest that you get these lumps examined.
This will give a clear idea as to what the cause is and what is need in the immediate to relief you of any discomfort. If the collection is blood, then you may need aspiration or evacuation for relief. Should it be caused by some other conditions, it would be addressed accordingly.
Could these lumps be related to cancer? Very unlikely. The acute onset associated with the use of a foam roller makes it to be related more to a traumatic effect rather than a chronic ongoing cancer related event.
In all, get it evaluated for adequate diagnosis and management. Because the collections are likely due to blood accumulation, a compressing bandage on this arm would be very helpful. This is very unlikely to be related to cancer.

It is morning now and the lumps are barely there just like yesterday. If it is accumulating blood why are they going down overnight ?
