What Causes Memory Loss, Imbalance Issues And Loss Of Coordination?

Question: I had an MRI which shows mastoiditis just found out and no one has shown me the report. Spine dr ordered it for me because I felt as if there was a problem beyond disc disease that was causing pain and weakness in back and legs, memory loss, confusion, loss of balance, and general loss of coordination. Had an MRI after sudden hearing loss in 2011 but not sure they used iodine with it, so unsure when this might have occurred. The mental/physical symptoms have been very noticeable since sometime in April. Family Dr just told me this was result of test yesterday. No one available to ask questions. Is this a medical emergency? What Dr should guide me....Neurosurgeon, family Dr, or ENT? If I can't get in w anyone today should I consider emergency room or anUrgent Care? Thk You
Brief Answer:
Brain MRI
Detailed Answer:
Dear,
I am sorry for the symptoms you are suffering
I read your symptoms and seems that the problem is coming from the brain.
Mastoiditis can't provoke all your symptoms
In my opinion you should consult your neurologist, isn't urgent but not to wait too long
I would be more helpful if you provide me the image of your MRI
Contact your neurologist as soon as possible.
Best regards

Thx for info. Received copy of report. Overall impression is Mastoiditis without associated complications. What does this mean? Does this indicate a more benign process and not as much of a problem? What, if anything, does this rule out?
Brief Answer:
Not to worry too much
Detailed Answer:
Dear
if there is seen just mastoiditis there is nothing to worry about.
I told you mastoiditis doesn't explain your symptoms
In my opinion schedule a neurological examination
Anyway I don't see reason to worry too much
Best regards
