Brief Answer:
Relax, your blood work isn't at a level of concern
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Welcome to HCM and thanks for your query.
You can have mild elevation of ALP after cholecystectomy and that is not a cause for concern.
Your triglycerides is also mildly elevated but at no level to create any significant problem. Carbohydrate can get converted into triglycerides and one does not have to be on fats to have a triglyceride at your level.
If you let me know your symptoms, I might be able to suggest something to help you.
Best wishes,
Dr Noble Zachariah

I have a squeezing where my gallbladder was it wraps around my back and is somewhat painful I have lots of built up gas am sometimes nauseous and no matter what I eat I have issues as soon as I do and I feel like my stomach backs up some and feel something at my throat I do have a hiadl hernia so not sure if that is the cause I take prilosec as well as lipitor I am just miserable most of the time
Brief Answer:
More likely to be a functional bowel syndrome
Detailed Answer:
Hiatus hernia can be the cause if you have acid reflux and chest burning. Your bloating sensation may be from gastroparesis or irritable bowel syndrome. A prokinetic agent like motilium helps my parents.
If you have anxiety or stress, it may make your symptoms worse. So relax, eat wholesome food, exercise 30 minutes a day and practice stress relieving measures like yoga, meditation or relaxation techniques
