Brief Answer:
Wait for 5 days
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
It is possible that the periods are still delayed even after taking meprate. Please wait for 5 more days.
If there are no periods even after 5 days, I would suggest taking progynova 2 mg twice a day along with meprate 10 mg twice a day. Both tablets need to be taken for 7 days with your doctor's prescription.
Let me know if you need anymore help.
Regards

Brief Answer:
Normal reports
Detailed Answer:
Hi
1) Your report seems to be fine. Nothing to worry about or severe.
2) There is no serious problem to worry about. This is normal as there is minor hormonal variation once in a while.
3) Meprate and regesterone are same. You can take regesterone if comfortable.
4) Lose weight if you are overweight.
Regards

Brief Answer:
Don't take medicines
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
PCOD is known to be associated with irregular periods. It is nothing wrong to have delayed cycles.
Accept the delay in cycles and prevent taking regesterone.
Lose about 5 km weight which will help in regularizing cycles.
PCOD cannot be completely cured and it is not a disease to be cured or worried about.
