What Causes Missed Period Along With Stomach Cramps And Fatigue?

Question: I'm five days late on period I tested b for period late and day after late with negative results. I have back cramping and stomach cramps I'm also fatigued and about 3 am feeling of throwing up.any way I can be pregnant and when should I test again?

no not regular periods and yes unprotected sex all the time
