What Causes Missed Period Despite Having Protected Intercourse?
There could be less chances of pregnancy.
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Welcome to the HCM.
Dear since it was protected sex pregnancy test is negative and PCOS is one of the causes of infertility,so there could be less chance of having positive pregnancy.
Though you may confirm it by ultrasound abdomen to clear any doubt.
Pregnancy testing should idealy be done from the day your period would have been due.But as you have irregular menses date and no periods for 2 and half months ,so pregnancy test ( urine test) could give false positive or false negative result. So ultrasound pelvis and abdomen would give accurate result else you may repeat the urine test after few days.
The symptoms and signs of pregnancy can be missed period, higher basal body temprature ,morning sickness ,breast changes like soreness and lumpy and increased cervical mucus etc But these symptoms can be variable in different females.
Hopefully I answered your question ,you may ask further if I need to clarify you more.

Detailed Answer:
Dear it is too early to see any changes in blood report or urine test report. But ultrasound could tell exactly any changes in uterus or if there is pregnancy implantation.Medicines your are taking do not cause these symptoms .But to be on safe side and to decrease your anxiety ,ulteasound can show the early changes.
Wish you best of health.

ultrasound could show early changes in uterus.
Detailed Answer:
Hi again.Dear I can understand your concern.Ultrasound can show early changes in uterus like thickening of uterine wall, implanted zygote (if there is pregnancy) etc .Using condom is a safe method but sometime can torn up ,so second precaution can be taken with emergency oral contraceptive pill if condom is torn. But repeated emergency pills should be avoided ,as it can cause hormonal disbalance.White discharge could be cervical normal discharge.
Hopefully my answer will be helpfull for you.
