Question : Newly married.. had intercourse only once. Immediately after that got chicken pox. I have pcod problem. Missed my periods, it's been 43 days. Any chances for pregnancy?

Could be due to pregnancy or due to PCOD.

Congratulations on your marriage. PCOD makes your periods irregular and hence difficult to predict. Use of Oral contraceptive pills (OCPs) will not only offer you protection from unwanted pregancy but will also keep your PCOD in control. It is hard to predict if the current missed period is due to PCOD or pregnancy but definitely there is a chance for the latter and it would be a good idea to get a urine pregnancy test done using a home kit.
