What Causes Missed Period When Diagnosed With Ovarian Cyst?

Question: my wife missed period for 15 days. HPT is negative. USG report shows Right overy cyst. still she has not got period. is there any chance of having pregnancy?

It is common to have delayed periods in patients with ovarian cyst so nothing to worry.
Chances of pregnancy are negligible if pregnancy test is negative and ultrasound has no trace of pregnancy at all but still if you have any doubt then can get a bhcg blood test which is hundred percent confirmatory.

Simple cyst

There is nothing to worry dear, I have seen the report.
This cyst is just a simple cyst and will resolve with periods.
In my opinion you should just wait for her periods which must be on their way only and thus might come in a week or so.
