What Causes Mole Like Wart On Penis?
Question: I have a Mole looking /wart looking on the side of my penis with a hair growing from the center of it, it's skin colored and it's itchy at time, but I am also over weight and heavy set , my penis is pushed in most of the time and is some what moist down there from when I'm working. Could this be just a mole? Or a wart?. I read up and seen that warts don't grow hair through them can you please tell me what this is

Can you please tell me what that is? The picture I uploaded
Brief Answer:
Most likely a wart
Detailed Answer:
Hi.
I have reviewed the Image. I can see a single, skin colored to pinkish growth. Surface looks rough or warty and it has a hair in center.
This could be either a Wart Or a Skin Tag. Most likely it is a wart. This does not look like a mole.
Wart can form anywhere on skin. Wart is a viral infection caused by Hpv.
Hair passing right through it, goes more in favor of a wart; wart would have grown around the hair. Unlike a wart, a skin tag would not have hair passing right through it like this. A skin tag also usually has a stalk.
This can be easily removed with either a CO2 Laser Or a Radiofrequency cautery. I suggest that you talk to a dermatologist for the needful.

Can you please review my other picture I have uploaded without the flash maybe you will have a different idea or maybe can be something else,, it may have looked rough but this is sort of hard on the inside but it feels very soft all around it?
Brief Answer:
Either a wart Or acrochordon/ skin tag; Not a mole
Detailed Answer:
Hi. Thank you.
I have reviewed the image. This is certainly not a mole. It is skin colored. Moles are usually pigmented.
The only possibilities are either a wart Or a skin tag/ acrochordon. Acrochrodons are very soft; they can be almost sqeezed between fingers. They arise commonly in skin folds. Being overweight predisposes to acrochordons.
Warts are harder/ firmer when pressed between fingers. Surface of a wart is usually rough but may not be so at moist places like genital folds.
I suggest that this be removed considering that there is diagnostic uncertainity between a wart and acrochordon/ skin tag.
