What Causes Mood Swings Post Breast Cancer Treatment?

Question: hello! I am a breast cancer survivor… 7 years!. for 6 years my oncologist had me taking FEMARA following chemotherapy, radiation and a double mastectomy.
my question is this: I HAVE HORRIBLE MOOD SWINGS!!! This condition severely impacts my ability to function in my daily life!!! I cannot take any kind of hormone replacement substance to alleviate this! I do receive some relief from homeopathic remedies, but these do not always work!
I have a healthy life style (regular exercise, meditation, healthy eating, and regular psychotherapy)
I believe that my symptoms are purely hormonal and I would not complain if all this was manageable. But it is SEVERE and I need help!
Thanks for your time…
