What Causes Multiple Yellow Dots In The Field Of Vision?

Question: Hello! I am seeing yellow dots when I look at something light colored. It is not floaters. They are perfect little yellow circles. What can that be and should I be concerned. Thank you
Brief Answer:
For how long has this been happening?
Detailed Answer:
Hi and thanks for contacting us at healthcare magic.
I have reviewed this information fully. This doesn't sound a big concern at this time. However, I will like to know for how long this has been happening. Also, do you experience this at all times or just at specific times of the day like when there is sunlight overhead.
For now, monitor and report whether this is constant or not. if constant, I will suggest an eye exam. If not, be relaxed and let's see how it evolves.
I wish you well and hope to hear back from you.

It is a new issue, just happened for a few minutes yesterday. I have fibromyalgia, possible MS, and possible Cushings disease. I couldn't find seeing yellow dots as a symptom of any of these diseases. Like I said before, they were perfectly round, evenly spaced little yellow dots. It lasted just a few minutes. I will follow up with my doctors later. Mostly just wanted to make sure it wasn't something serious and that it was okay to wait until after my trip out of town for the long weekend. Thank you
Brief Answer:
Let us know in case this happens again!
Detailed Answer:
Hi again,
Like I mentioned, I believe this was more of an incidental and transient observation than a pathology or ongoing pathological process. For now, just stay vigilant, monitor and report any new symptoms to me.
I wish you well.
Kind regards
