What Causes Nasal Swelling With Discharge And High Fever?
Question: Good evening!
My name is XXXXXXX I am a 39yo female that uses nasal oxygen. I have swelling and drainage along the midline INSIDE my nose, that has gotten worse. Until late last night the drainage was mostly clear, but very gelatinous. Today I have a HORRIBLE taste along the back of my tongue, I've spiked a low-grade fever(100.3), and the drainage is now a milky white and looks like it has bubbles in it. Please tell me what this could possibly be and how to get rid of it! I also just feel run-down in general today. Thanks so much for ANY guidance that anyone decides to help me with.

I've been on oxygen for about 6yrs now and I have NEVER seen bubbles in a runny nose. Just curious. Thanks so much for your rapid replies and great answers! Have a great weekend!
