Brief Answer:
DOES NOT MEAN ANYTHING EITHER WAYS.
Detailed Answer:
Hello
Thanks for writing to us with your health concern.
None of the signs that you mention are either ways conclusive of a pregnancy or a non pregnancy.
Even the pain indicates nothing.
They could be due to the medications, due to early pregnancy or due to an approaching period.
Do not read much into it.
A blood pregnancy test taken at the appropriate time ( in your case, 10 days after the embryo transfer ) is the only conclusive test for a pregnancy, or against it.
All the best
Prayers for your results.
Please feel free to discuss further.
