What Causes Nausea And Sore Neck And Jaw Post Injury?
![default](/r/images/default.png)
He has had a concussion previously and now we are worried that he has aggrevated his injury again. some feelings of nausea but intermittent, no headache except around the jaw and where jaw attaches to skull (?) and sore neck
We are not sure what to do at this moment... to go to hospital or to wait and see how he is tomorrow?
You can wait and watch.
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thank you for posting your query.
I have noted your son's symptoms and I would like to reassure you that it seems to be a minor head injury and there is no need to worry.
You can wait and watch until tomorrow.
Watch for signs such as vomiting, severe headache, double vision, drowsiness, fits, weakness or arm or leg; if any of these happen, you can take him to a doctor.
I hope my answer helps. Please get back if you have any follow up queries or if you require any additional information.
Wishing you good health,
