Detailed Answer:
Hi dear and thanks for your query.

I understand your concern but you should pass these health issue with positivity.

Menopause is a period of life that cause many body changes and you have done very well taking hormonal replacement therapy.

Lost weight during menopause is very difficult
because metabolism decrease it's process by 10% but you should try exercise and plenty diet with fruits ,vegetables and use much more water.

While for problems you are facing ,as constipation, nausea may be due from the use of hormonal therapy or stomach issues.
Did you have this kind of problems before you have used hormonal replacement therapy?
Do you have abdominal pain?

All the best

Brief Answer:
All health issue you have may be a side effect of HRT

Detailed Answer:
Hi dear again and thanks for trusting to us your health issue.

If all the signs and symptoms you refer you haven't had prior to hormonal replacement therapy(HRT) than all can be a side effect of HRT.

Hence you should you should treat them .
Nausea -with ginger or tablets like primperan
Constipation-with fibers, liquids and tablets like bisacodyl

If all these problems will consist and after you will try these tablets than contact with your gynecologist to continue with HRT or you can try with herbal supplements for menopause.

All the best
