Brief Answer:
gastro-enteritis

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
I can understand your concern towards development of new symptoms
1) Sudden onset of your symptoms suggest possibility of having gastro-enteritis. This is condition in which stomach and starting part of small intestine become inflamed (redness + swelling) due to irritation from food or allergy.
2) You should undergo total white cell count, USG abdomen.
3) Treatment consist of antibiotics, intestinal digestive enzyme supplementation, analgesic medication for pain (if required).

Hope I answered your query. If you have any further doubt, I would be happy to help you.
Have a good day!
