What Causes Nausea, Lower Right Stomach Pain, Vomiting, Diarrhea And Reduced Appetite?
Appendicitis is possible. Please visit ER.
Detailed Answer:
Hello!
Thank you for the query.
Such pain can be caused by an appendicitis. Especially if it has appeared recently. Please check your heart rate. If its above 100, appendicitis is very possible.
Other possible reason of such symptoms is partial bowels obstruction due to Crohns disease. This is possible if the pain is cramping (it comes and subsides periodically). Blood or mucus in stool can be present with this condition.
I suggest you to visit ER. This can be urgent. Blood work, abdominal ultrasound and abdominal X-ray should be done at first.
Appendicitis needs a surgery. Partial bowels obstruction needs to be diagnosed with either colonscopy or abdominal CT.
Hope this will help. Feel free to ask further questions.
Regards.
