Question: HI! Im taking Pylera today is my 4th day i'm feeling nauseous, week, sleepy but I started to feeling chills now and no fever is it ok?

Including clarithromycin, amoxicillin, metronidazole, PPIs and bismuth salts. You have nothing to worry about. Cheer up and do as directed by your physicians. 3 capsules each day for 10 days.
