Brief Answer:
WHat did you eat this evening?

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

I will like to know what you ate. From your information, this is probably more related to the diet than a disease. I will suggest you observe only and drink enough fluids to replace any losses. You are most likely battling with a possible food intolerance or intoxication. Fluids replacement is generally all that is required. Also, always mind what you eat, where and ho it is prepared and saved before serving.

i hope this helps. I wish you well. Keep me posted on this.
