Brief Answer:
may be meniere's disease

Detailed Answer:
HI, thanks for using healthcare magic

Vertigo can be central or peripheral.

Central vertigo relates to the central nervous system- the brain

Peripheral vertigo relates to any structure outside of the brain that can cause vertigo. This is the most common type and is usually relates to the inner ear.

The inner ear causes are: (1) BPPV - normally lasts for a few seconds to minutes and occurs with certain head positions

(2) meniere's disease - lasts for minutes, occurs with tinnitus (abnormal noises in the ears such as your buzzing), can also occur with hearing loss

(3) vestibular neuronitis - dizzy episodes lasts for hours at a time

Stiffness of the neck is not a symptom normally related to peripheral vertigo unless occurs to avoid the head positions associated with vertigo.
It is possible that the stiffness is a coincidental symptom that is due to muscle spasm on that side of the neck.
The use of aspirin or other pain meds such as naproxen or ibuprofen, may help with this pain.

With your vertigo and buzzing, it may be meniere's disease but this would need to be confirmed by your doctor through examination.
BPPV is also possible because this tends to occur with certain head positions.

Meniere's is treated with: (1)medications such as meclizine (also known as antivert or verticalm) or diazepam. Medications used only for short period

(2) decreasing possible triggers eg salt, chocolate, caffeine

(3)smoking cessation if this is present

(4)diuretics may also be needed

I hope this helps, feel free to ask any other questions
