Brief Answer:
Chronic sinusitis

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Welcome to healthcare magic and thanks for putting up the query
your neck stiffness is not related to levaquin, it might be a neck muscle spasm for which you should take a muscle relaxant
a continuous post nasal drip is a sign of nasal disease, get a CT paranasal sinuses done to see the extent of sinusitis. The management will depend on this
as per my opinion, you. Should take some decongestant orally and also a decongestant nasal spray along with levofloxacin. This will help u Better
