Question: I AM TYPE 2 DIABETIES PATIENT SINCE 11 YEARS & HAVING PROBLEM IN MY BOTH LEG (TOES-SENSELECE)& SEXUAL PROBLEM,I HAVE DONE ALL THE TEST IN AUG-14) TILL THAT NO PROBLEM IN MY REPORT.)NEED GUIDENCE FROM YOU TO WHOM I CONSULT.I AM FACING NERVES PROBLEM IN MY FOOT (toes-senselece)I AM UNDER TREATMENT OF DR. Detailed Answer:
Dear sir, Greetings from HCM. I understand your concern. I have gone through your reports . as I see your sugar levels are very much high. Thyoid and lipid profile seems to be OK . Now you need to think about changing the treatment and add some Neuro protective drugs and vitamin supplements. You need to exercise at least walk for half an hour day . practice meditation and yoga. Any kind of stress need to be avoided.
Avoid carbohydrates, take my re of proteins and green leafy vegetables.
Milets, nuts, dry fruits , will give you some micro nutrients to help to control all the complications. Also check your blood pressure and if needed start anti hypertensive drugs too.
Meet your endocrinologist soon and get the advice.
